I am currently living in Kampala, Uganda (Ugandan being my favorite place I've traveled thus far). I am working on my Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies at Makerere University and helping my friend Halle with her business, One Mango Tree. The website is www.onemangotree.com. This project allows me to travel to Gulu (a region devastated my a 20+ year war) regularly which I absolutely love. I am also interning for Honourable Miria Matembe, which is also very exciting to me! This blog really serves as more of an online journal for family and friends, though I'm keeping it open to the public. Feel free to leave comments! I love comments.
